Steps to buy a car

  • Reserve the car

    You reserve the car you want with a refundable deposit before confirming the car reservation, and within 24 hours of paying the deposit, one of the employees of the specialized sales department from Sayara Company will contact you to confirm your request and ensure that it is available with us.

  • Pay the rest of the car’s value

    After confirming the availability of the car with the competent sales employee and approving the car on your part, you can now transfer the rest of the car’s value using the Saudi SADAD service, which is the easiest and fastest, or to the car company’s account with Riyad Bank.

  • Car insurance

    After paying the value of the car, your car will be insured directly through the sales employee, or you will be provided with a copy of the customs card so that you can insure your car and then provide us with a copy of the insurance to then move to the stage of registering the car and issuing the form.

  • Vehicle registration

    After paying the rest of the value of the car and insuring it, we carry out registration procedures at the Traffic Department to issue the form.

    • Charge your car

    After ensuring that your car is ready, we carry out shipping procedures directly to your city, the city closest to you, or to your door with additional shipping fees.

The car purchase process is initially completed by paying a deposit. This deposit is deducted from the total price of the car and is refundable if the purchase process is not completed, provided that the car reservation is not confirmed.

You can pay the rest of the car's value after confirming the car's reservation with the relevant sales employee. This can be done using the Saudi SADAD service, which is the easiest and fastest, or a bank transfer to the company's account at Riyad Bank. The car is shipped directly to the customer’s city or the closest city to him, and the car is shipped through Digital Car. The shipping period may vary from one city to another, but usually shipping takes 3-5 working days.

Yes, we offer different types of car warranties in order to provide better service and protection for the car that you want to buy from Siyarah, which are as follows:

  • The extended warranty for new cars imported from Saudi Arabia comes with a 5- or 10-year warranty period
  • The warranty for cars imported from the Gulf is 5 years and comes in two types: a regular warranty for cars whose value is less than 100,000 riyals and a special guarantee for cars whose value is more than 100,000 riyals.
  • The used car warranty is gold and silver, starting from one year to five years, with a coverage value of up to 10,000 riyals.”
